Product introduction: dynamic calciner (suspension calciner) is a furnace type for calcining crushed magnesite powder (or magnesite filter cake after flotation) with hot air. It is mainly composed of preheating dryer, heat exchanger, calcination and decomposition furnace, trap, heat source, etc. After entering the furnace, the material can be decomposed quickly in a few seconds. Because the powder material is calcined, the calcined material is uniform, there is no raw burning and overburning, and the calcination temperature can be accurately controlled. Working principle: powdered materials or cake magnesite after flotation magnesite slime are sent to the dryer or preheating by the feeder. The waste heat air produced by calcining and decomposing magnesite in the calciner is used as the above drying heat source. The dried magnesite is sent to the calciner for calcination, and the decomposed magnesium oxide (light burned magnesium) is discharged from the discharge port.
