原理
具有分散作用的風機,特別適合熱敏性物料的氣流干燥作業(yè)。高速飛旋的風機葉輪,能把濕的、甚至結(jié)塊的物料解碎,直至分散,在分散過程中同時攪拌、混合,然后物料和熱氣流平行地流動。這種類型的設(shè)備,適應(yīng)干燥濾餅結(jié)塊的,但還屬于表面水份的物料,含濕量≤40%,如果處理量大或者成品要求干至15%以下時,可采用二級氣流干燥。當物料含濕量超過40%,但量≤60%,進料較困難,應(yīng)采用混料器,通過混進干料的方法以降低進料水份,此時,干燥設(shè)備的總產(chǎn)量就有較大幅度的下降,這在經(jīng)濟上是不合算的。因此,用戶應(yīng)先用機械的方法(離心脫水或壓濾)盡可能的降低進料水份,以確保干燥作業(yè)上的順利進行。
Principle
The fan with the function of dispersion is particularly suitable for

materials can also be agitated and mixed. Then the materials flow in parallel
to hot air flow. Such equipment is applied to the drying of filter cake, but it
still belongs to the material with moisture on the surface, with moisture
content ≤ 40%. If the amount of materials to be handled is large or the
finished products are required to be dried to have a moisture content of less
than 15%, the secondary airflow drying can be adopted. When the moisture
content of the materials is more than 40%, but less than or equal to 60%, the
charging will become difficult. The mixer should be adopted to mix dry
materials in order to reduce the moisture content of charging materials. At
this time, the total output of the drying equipment will be greatly reduced and
it's not economical. Accordingly, the user should make use of the mechanical
method (centrifugal dewatering or pressure filtration) to reduce the moisture
content of charging materials as far as possible,
